Order processing:

Orders are processed in one day. 

Shipping timelines:

Orders received by 9 AM IST are shipped the same day, else the next day. Delivery to major and tier 1 cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad is complete in 2-3 days. 

For tier 2 cities and other towns it can range from 3-5 days depending on the region. 

All orders are fulfilled from Gurgaon. 

Tracking

Tracking details are shared with the customer as soon as order is fulfilled on email/text message.

Orders are shipped through premium and express courier services of Amazon transport, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.
